1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Payment processing is handled securely via Shopify Payments or other secure payment providers. Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
